Pendleton Heights High School
Muncie Central High School
The Bearcats lost a heart breaker to Pendleton Heights this evening. There were 4 races decided by a second or less. The meet began with a close win by the medley relay team of Alec Hale, Lukas Bradford, Zach Terrill, and Clark Tinder. Alec went on to win the 200 free and 100 back and take part in the winning 200 freestyle relay as well. Joining Alec on the free relay was Clark Tinder, Lukas Bradford, and Chase Clasby.
Brock McCoy had a great meet as well tonight swimming a fast 200 IM, and matching last season’s best time in the 100 back. Zach Terrill looked good in his 100 fly and 100 breaststroke as well, but just came up short placing second in both. Nikko Morris went a lifetime best in the 100 fly, continuing his pattern from last season of dropping time every time he touches the water.
Finally, Tristen Green had an impressive swim completing his first ever 100 fly and posting a time of 1:23. Eliyahu Young competed in his first meet ever, and swam a great 50 free and 100 free.
